Cynthia Hombergen runs the Poolhouse restaurant under the name « Madame R ».

During the swimming season (April 22 to September 27, 2026), the bar is open to members daily from 10 AM to 8 PM.

From 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM, the Poolhouse restaurant offers a varied menu as well as a daily lunch special that changes every day.
A vegetarian option is always available.

Business lunches can be held in a quiet “business” area, separate from the family section, with a breathtaking view of the Château.

Starting at 2:30 PM, a snack menu offers light bites, quick snacks, and appetizers until 8:00 PM.

Occasionally, when the weather is consistently beautiful, the Poolhouse restaurant will open in the evening and welcome you and your guests for a casual à la carte dinner, a barbecue, or a themed dinner. This will be the perfect opportunity to invite your family, friends, colleagues, and more (up to 20 people) to discover this exceptional setting! Your group will be seated slightly apart from other guests on the “Château-side” terrace.
These “last-minute” late openings will be announced via email and on the poolhouse notice boards.

As a reminder, swimwear is not permitted in the restaurant. Please put on a sarong, shirt, shorts, … before sitting down to eat.
